MSJ BOOSTERS CRAB FEED 2007

A Capacity crowd of 460 strong filled the Newark Pavilion for a Great Night of Fabulous Food, Great Fun and Line Dancing to help support a worthy cause by attending "Mission San Jose High School's" Annual All You Can Eat Pasta and Crab Feed on Saturday Night February 24th! The evening which was hosted by the "MSJ Boosters Club" had proceeds from the event going to a number of school programs including Student Athletics, The Spirit Squad and Performing Arts Departments.

Things began with A Delicious Meal consisting of Crab, Pasta, Salad, Garlic Bread and Dessert for all attending. As part of the nights action the event also featured some great goodies up for grabs courtesy of some Silent Auctions, Door Prizes, and Basket Drawings. Also there was Entertainment with some of the school's current students performing before Line Dancing took center stage with Special Guest 1984 MSJ High Gradutate "Mr. Hopping Mad!" Henry Costa leading the enthusiastic crowd the rest of the way. Kicking things off by staying with the nights theme Henry played the Beach Boys Classic "Be true to your school" while getting everyone movin' across the floor to the "Electric Slide." He then kept the partying crowd grooving while he taught two classics "Power Jam" and "Ah Si!" before dancing the night away with all while playing their requests sending all home happy and feeling great in helping this wonderful cause!

Henry Says, "I'd Like To Say Thank You To All Those Who Came Out In Support Of This Great Event! I Want To Say What An Honor It Was For Me To Be Invited To Appear For My Old High School As Their Special Guest And To Be Able To Entertain The Big Crowd And Help Out In Raising Money For Many Deserving Students! To The MSJ Booster Club I Want To Say What A Super Hard Working Bunch You Are! You Truly Know How To Throw A Great Party! I Had Such A Fabulous Time With You All!"
