 The Year 2007 marks Henry's 10th year of teaching and to celebrate he's been traveling to many of his favorite venues starting with the place it all began for him Newark, California's Swiss Park in addition to hitting some new hot spots in celebrating his ten years of dancing fun! Henry would like to thank all of you who have supported him throughout the years and thank you for allowing him to do what he truly enjoys the most! Teaching and dancing with all of you. On Saturday June 2nd Henry was among the packed house who dusted off their Classic Cowboy Clothes and hit the road for a trip back in time to Newark, California's Swiss Park for the "Boots 'N' Buckles Dance Club" Retro Western Hoedown! The event kicked with an afternoon full of Dance Workshops and a Super Lineup of Instructors featuring Henry Costa, Evelyn Khinoo, Clint Qualls and Mike & Joyce Shannon. At the event Henry taught his "Heartbreak Sea." After all that dancing Henry and his fellow instructors were presented with replica wanted posters and then joined all to a delicious dinner after which followed with for a night of dancing.  Henry helped Celebrate America's Birthday in the Historic Niles District for the "Fremont 4th of July Parade" where he had alot of fun seeing many of you as he waved to those watching from the Saddle Rack Fire Engine and Float. They were a part of the more than 80 entries including Giant Helium Balloons, Kids Dancers, Marching Bands, Drum Corps, Equestrians and more that entertained the thousands in attendance.  On Thursday Night July 19th it was a special evening for Henry when he got to open up in Concert for one of country music's hottest rising musical acts "The Ranchhands." who appeared at "The Saddle Rack" as part of their 2007 Driven Tour! Henry got everyone jumping to "Traveling Four Corners" and the Couples "Country Waltz." After which The Ranchhands took the place by storm singing all their greatest hits!  On Wednesday Night September 19th it was a blast when Henry got to open up in Concert for one of country music's fastest rising musical acts "Thomas Martinez & Wild Frontier." at the legendary "The Saddle Rack" when they made a stop as part of their 2007 Promises Tour! Henry kicked things off teaching "Key Lime" and the Couples Stepper "The Drifter." After which Thomas Martinez & Wild Frontier sang all their greatest hits during a rousing concert! |
